Is seared ahi really raw fish? Is sushi even raw fish? So many people say "I hate sushi" when they really mean they don't like (hate is such a strong word) raw fish. "Sushi" believe it or not, refers not to the fish, but the rice. Hmmmm. Bet ya didn't know that!
